Although the service was passable, it was unquestionably not worth the high cost. I had to keep a tight eye on things to make sure they were treated correctly because the movers did not seem to have much experience. I anticipated a far higher degree of professionalism given the price.

I feel bad about picking this business. Not only were they expensive, but they lacked professionalism. Because my shipment was handled incorrectly, I had to pay more than I had anticipated for poor-quality service. These businesses provide subpar service, but it appears that many of them use phony five-star evaluations to enhance their reputation.

I did not obtain satisfactory service. The company refused to accept responsibility for the damage my products sustained during shipment. I received evasive answers and no concrete solution when I requested for help. Dealing with a business that does not care about client happiness is frustrating. I would not entrust anything of value to them. Since their real service is terrible, I assume that this organization uses phony five-star reviews to boost their reputation. Before selecting them, exercise caution.

I had a terrible time. I could not receive clear answers every time I tried to call the company since they were unresponsive from the beginning. When I eventually received an update after my cargo was delayed for weeks, they provided neither an explanation nor any compensation. I am sorry I used this relocation company. From the beginning, communication was a nightmare. They kept altering the move time without telling me, which made me anxious and uneasy about the whole thing. No one bothered to answer the phone when I tried to call for updates. They did not seem to give a damn about my time. I will never again put my trust in this company, and I strongly suggest that people go elsewhere.
