Bad customer service. The receptionist are rude. My dad had called the spanish speaker, she ended up hanging up on him mid conversation and was reluctantly assisting him. So we talked to another person which was the supervisor Jordan. She explained the situation better but had a rude tone throughout the whole phone call. He was just looking for help and an explanation

St Nick is a Godsend. 🙏 Boy did I make him play the devil's advocate before this court date I was desperate I was trying to bring forward all the research I've done back and forth with him and he was extremely knowledgeable and really gave me a run for my money from a legal perspective...He's always so patient considerate dutiful and goes out of his way to treat the customers like they should be treated..in a desperate situation stressful painful possible results with the threat of losing your career...around the corner.
