I wanted to thank Mr. Parker and the team at American Truck and trailer for taking such good care of my parents. They are on a cross country trip of a liftime and had some repairs that needed to be made in order to finish the trip home. We were on our way to Alaska when we broke down in Minot. Parker and Taylor got us in first thing in the morning and had us back on our way a few hours later. Outstanding service and very much appreciated. Another bonus is our trailer was upgraded with better axles, springs and wheels!

Taylor is an amazing knowledge base to work with, I had specific questions that he didn’t know off hand but had absolutely no problem thumbing through a parts book and figuring them out. Used to get yelled at by the old heads working the counter, now Taylor is here to help you as best as he can because he understands that you’re there to get something done, not get screwed around because someone doesn’t want to work that day.
