Called to ask for some advice on a plow fluid change and received poor customer service. Whoever answered the phone was very short, didn't really know much about something ATEM specializes in, and overall didn't seem to want to help me. Maybe my next - if there is a next - experience with ATEM will be better.
I was passing through and had a trailer that had brake issues. Midas told me they would not work on the brakes. The owner of American Truck personally helped me get the trailer to the shop, had his technician stay late, and got me back on the road. He charged me the going rate for the service despite it being late on a Saturday. This is a top notch operation run by people who seem to genuinely care about there customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
