I can't praise the roadside mechanic enough for their exceptional service! However, this mechanic arrived promptly, exuding professionalism and confidence. Their expertise was immediately evident as they quickly diagnosed the issue and efficiently got to work. Not only did they fix the problem swiftly.
I drive an 18 wheeler for Morton Salt out of Grand Saline. Our leased truck blew a suspension air bag, and American Truck and Tire is who our lease company called. Dale called me, told me when he'd arrive, and set out towards the salt mine. He got to me in about 30 minutes, had the old bag off and the new one on in about 40 minutes. Super nice man, hard working, no foul language, and appreciative of our business! I'd gladly use him any opportunity that we get.
