I was treated very well by this company. I had a booking for my parents to tour the east coast with SOTC. Due to the pandemic the tour was scrapped. SOTC has not returned the money to American tours and travels. However, Mr Parag Patel from American tours returned it to me entirely through American tours and travels and he still awaits his payment from SOTC. I appreciate the help and the constant updates that they provided.
