Terrible brokers to deal with Booked a load with them 1 pick 1 drop straight through delivery Show up on time ,load not ready . Waited 3 hours just to find out was 2 delivery address . By the time they confirmed everything 5 hours in total there was no way to deliver same day . We ask for compensation and here is there professionalism dealing with issues Thank you for wasted time
We had a very disappointing experience with American Transport Group LLC. Their service was extremely poor — communication was almost nonexistent, and we received no meaningful response from their team. The worst part is that they refused to pay us the full amount for four loads we successfully delivered. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a scam. We strongly advise others in the industry to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.
Really not a good company. Hauled for them couple times but all the sudden they refuse to use certain carriers with no valid reason. The people who here seem to be very rude and wont give you reason why they wont use. Regardless when i did book with them they are super arrogant and cheap. Worst brokerage in the Chicago area 100%. Just look at the reviews not just here but under DAT as well
