Talking to Butch was like talking to family; like a lost uncle. My poor Sentra was losing power and having transmission issues. So Butch took it in and reassured me he'll take care it. Gave me a better price than another shop. He then called me a few days later and I got my baby back after he and his son worked on it. He even showed me the tray full of fluid and metal dust so I knew it was a bad part in my transmission. Love family-owned businesses. Thank you again Butch!
I only tried to get a quote from this place. When going over my issue the person behind the phone was quick to bad mouth other shops, Then he couldn't even find my transmission in his book. It's a 2012 f150 xtr. Pretty common. I cannot comment on the quality of work.
Butch and his son Michael are the best mechanics in our area,they did an excellent job replacing my Fiat 500 clutch assy and flywheel, also went the extra mile and replaced the engine and transmission mounts that were worn while they had the transmission out,would highly recommend them to anyone thanks guys.reasonable prices too
Just moved to Laughlin from San Diego and my 2015 Camaro RS with 133,931 miles transmission started to hesitate to go into gear. Searched and found American Transmissions. Butch and Michael fixed the transmission in less than a week and I'm a very satisfied customer. The price was very reasonable, less than what I expected. I highly recommend this shop for transmission needs.
