Family business and great service!
Transmission work is the worst! But, if you have to have this awful thing done, Craig and his team make it a lot less awful. They stand behind their work and provide excellent customer service.
I've had the pleasure of doing business with them twice. Each time I was greeted with excellent customer service. They explained what was wrong with my transmission and quoted me a price that was way better than the Ford Dealership. They actually care about their customers and don't just look at you as a number. I would definitely recommend them and do business with them in the future.
Craig and his team have phenomenal service. I highly recommend this shop; honest great servive. They also gave me a referral to fix a few other issues Im having. Thank you.
