Ben was the only technician in the area that took my hunch about the issue my truck had seriously, and without prepping me for a whole bunch of unnecessary and expensive work. After a bit of time (transmission shops are in another time zone), mine was all set. He even corrected some bad work that had been done to it before, and I don't believe what he charged even covered the extra stuff he had to do above and beyond what we originally had planned! I was visiting from out of town when my transmission gave out. I have an '08 Jeep Wrangler JKU and the shifter got stuck in reverse. I looked for a transmission shop nearby and checked other reviews. I called them and they said they could help and had my vehicle towed there on a Friday afternoon. I was scheduled to leave on Sunday morning and they were able to fix the issue on Saturday. This is the best transmission shop to ever go to. These guys are old school, not very talkative but the most nice genuine people you will ever deal with. Make you feel like family
