Very negative experience based on conversations I had with management specifically Rena Lambert, head of underwriting dep. She was rude, arrogant, didn’t have minimum communications skills, when asked specific questions she would give such a nonsensical answer, later I realized, because she didn’t know her own company policies, rules. The absolute worse company to deal with. Customer service and supervisors are reluctant ant to give information about claims. They are slow and no one knows what they are doing. Filing a claim is a waste of time. They do not hold their insurer responsible for not responding to accident claims. Be ware of the fraudulent company
