I am calling for my refund for almost 3 months now and I am being treated like a beggar and disrespected like anything. They just make you wait and keep on hold. I sincerely hope that this message reach out to Mr. Ralph Bisceglia & other management who can look and help me get my refund. I was speaking to Ms Patricia on ext: 479 and I have to say that she is very unprofessional.
One star is way tooooooo much for this excuse of an insurance agency! Their client caused hit my husband when he was at a traffic standstill. The accident took place June 14, 2017. They keep lying and lying and lying and telling me to call back in a few days because the case will be resolved. Just spoke to them again!!!!
American Transit Insurance is the worst company I have ever come across and they should all be ashamed, they will do anything they can to not pay out. I am a disabled combat veteran that was rear ended by a Taxi cab while stopped and the taxi was doing 45-50mph and pushed my car into an intersection on impact 14 months ago. The cab was insured by this company and for 14 months they have refused to pay my claim even tho i was hit while parked and the driver received multiple traffic tickets.
