No email response. My login no longer works. Paid for a course. It did not show up in my dashboard. Concerned.
I took the BLS course about 3 weeks ago and the training was good. Had some trouble at the end when I was taking the test and took it 3 times. When printed the card notice that it was only for 1 year instead of two as noted on the advertisement. I sent an email to the support center but I'm still waiting for them to correct this issue.
