Awesome builder! They build an amazing home and actually try hard to stay in your desired budget. We had Trey *** for our Superintendent and he has been on top of the job from the beginning and even now hes staying in touch to be sure everything is to our satisfaction. We would recommend American Tradition Custom Homes to anyone thinking of building in the hill country. You will be in good hands from the first visit until your home is completedTrey will be sure of it.

There is not one thing negative to say about this builder! Steve & Ann ******* are the best! We knew within about 15 mins from meeting them they were the real deal. Everything they told us was truth and the quality of their build far surpasses others we became familiar with later. We never even talked to another builder, no need to. ATCH built our home in Rockin J from my house plan and it turned out better than we could have imagined. The level of details and materials is far above those we've seen from other local builders. Steve and team make sure that you have a well-built, energy-effienct home. This was my 4th home built from scratch, and by far the easiest. I would not use this company ti build a house. I built in rocking j. They are in it for them not the customer. Other home builders would be better I believe

Wesley, I don't understand how we are in it for ourselves. We paid your girlfriend her 3% Realtor commission that she requested. We completed your final list, your inspector's list, and completed a couple items after closing. We have the tile company scheduled to acid wash your floor. You moved the date for that work and the tile company is doing what they can to accommodate your schedule. You home is beautiful. I'm sorry to hear you feel that way.
