Had Toyota replace my rotors and pads. They did not torque the bolts to spec. It seems one bolt fell out almost immediately from how my pads look. I checked the torque on the other calipers and the mounting brackets, and the mounting brackets were less than the torque spec.

Trying to return parts that I never even picked up they have the parts but can’t seem to get my refund on the parts. Apparently it takes some weeks if not months to give me my money back however, when you are buying a car, they like to get paid on timethis place is a joke. I have been given the runaround for weeks now and just feel like this place is seriously just a joke. I will never return to purchase anything from them again unfortunately I have to get my oil changed there which should be fun. I’m sure.
