Love this gym! Clean well maintained equipment and friendly helpful owners. Welcoming and accepting of all ages and fitness levels. The personal training has really helped this old lady gain strength and mobility that I was starting to lose. And their sweet mascot Charlie is always a welcome sight.

I can't rave enough about this gym. First the owners are the nicest most accommodating people around and of course their mascot Charlie is absolutely precious. I have been coming here on and off thru the years and I have loved watching it grow and develop into one of the best gyms around. Their equipment is amazing, never any issues when I come in and everything is very well maintained, plus it is very clean there. I thought long and hard about whether or not I was going to leave this review. I've decided it would be a disservice to the community not to... Anyway, I would strongly advise anyone in the community to think twice before joining this gym. First off, the lighting is dangerous. As seen in some of the company pics, the owner's regularly turn the lights off and illuminate the gym using colorful low light LED strips.
