I've been to this location two times and both times had ridiculous service from the salesperson in the building. Act like he didn't even want to be there. Always have to order parts nothing on hand. All he want to do is sell new lawn mowers. Says he can order the parts. I can do the same thing for my house.

No help at all! Worried more about their phone than helping me with parts. Thought it Would be nice to got to an actual dealer and drive across town to castle Hayne only for them to just go to the website which I could have done myself. Was interested in buying a mower but the guy told me to just come back when I was ready. He only told me that bc the phone rang and was no help at all. Not sure if Google has their hours wrong or what but I've come here three times on different days of the week and each time they've been closed. Won't be trying again.
