5/20/2026 - now they are filing for bankruptcy. Still no payment. This is just so wrong. Businesses should pay their bills! 4/29/2026-Update-Sent an email to them last week and I was told that they are actively finalizing capital solutions. Same stuff I've been hearing from them just from a different person. 2/4/2026- No payment. Do not do business with this company. They don't pay their bills. Do not ever give this company terms. You will never receive your money. I have been trying to get close to $3k paid since July 2025. Their fallback is that we are "waiting on funding". When that date comes around they tell you funding fell through and then they give you a new date. Run as fast as you can from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would not recommend doing business with this company. If you are in the freight industry be prepared to be left with the freight charges unpaid and with zero communication. We have offered arrangements to assist in getting this issue resolved but still have not received any communication from the CEO or Controller. My legal team will take over from here.
