Worst title agency ive ever worked with. A gentleman actually hung up on me in the middle of the conversation after yelling at me over the phone. Would not recommend.
Kathy & Larry are amazing. They have closed on several properties for our entire family and continue to do so. They are so detail oriented and have used them for numerous properties. Poor Communication during the whole closing process. They supposedly didn't get documents I'd sent 10 days previous so I just resent the email they said they didn't get. I didn't choose to use them but the seller insisted on using them for some reason. Also, my bank had a difficult time communicating with them also.
