Worst experience I’ve ever had with a title company. The notary that they have working for them does not know what they are doing. They do not explain things to you clearly they tell you things that are not true like you’re going to get money back tomorrow … then when confronted, he denied ever saying it, and I have several people that were in the room with me that heard the same thing I heard. not my first experience with a title company. But by far the worst experience, I do not recommend them.!!!!
Would never recommend this company. They jerked my buddy and his wife around on his new house and delayed closing by over a week and left him and his family homeless. If you’re buying a home or land use just about anyone else and you’ll be better off.
