Dealing with American Title has been an absolutely horrible experience that no one should have to go through. I used them for selling my house and buying a new one. Closing was delayed nearly a week on the new house because one employee was on vacation. This cost me extra time and money during an already stressful process. Paperwork was often incorrect and had to be corrected multiple times. My go-to Title company! Excellent service & communication, mobile deposit for earnest money is awesome, their rep Jenna is super helpful as are all the title staff.
