Used this firm twice in 2012 and both times I was very dissapointed. They miss deadlines, don't return call promptly, and I have caught their people in lies and several occasions. Had an agreement with the seller to handle closing a certain way and they went behind my back to discuss closing transaction in a way that would give them additional fees. And I was the client of the company, not the seller. When I later asked around, others had very similar experiences. They are a fee churning machine. I will never use them again ... read more
