i.e., AUsed this firm twice in 2012 and both times I was very dissapointed. They miss deadlines, don't return call promptly, and I have caught their people in lies and several occasions. Had an agreement with the seller to handle closing a certain way and they went behind my back to discuss closing transaction in a way that would give them additional fees.
