I, too, needed a tire, but I got there first thing in the morning. They are a first come first served type of place, but I was able to get in and out in about an hour. I brought some work with me to do in case the wait was longer than anticipated. The customer service is fab, thanks Mike! I have purchased 4 tires now for my car and have had excellent results. Horrible Customer Service. I will go out of my way to never do business with this company again
I am from out of town and go to Lipscomb University. I had a razor in my tire and needed a new one in order to go home for the weekend. The price they quoted me on the phone sounded okay, and they seemed nice. When I got there, not only did I have to wait 3 HOURS in order for them to have "time" to put the tire on my car, the price they charged me was twice as much as the quoted amount.
