I wait at least 30minutes or somtimes over a hour for the girl up front to pick my order! I believe they need a new customer service person up front who is faster at that job and has better customer service! Usually pretty good but im not sure whats up lately!
My business has been partnered with ATD for almost 5 years. They are the best to work with. Warranty issues are not met with push back like some of my other distributors.
They're always quick to get the orders I have to deliver and very easy people to work with.
I go here occasionally and always love the people, there helpful and nice.
