After doing business with this company for YEARS and I mean YEARS, I can honestly tell you they now have the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had a tire that was to be picked up a week ago tomorrow, store computers were down..... it happens. Saturday we call, computers and store still down; okay no problem. We have another tire being delivered Tuesday, so we resolve to wait for all 4. Monday comes, we go pick up the three and are told the 4th is set to be delivered next day. Just trying to deliver and they treat you like you're bothering them. Hateful attitude from what seemed to be the warehouse lead.
