Broke my back window in my truck while picking up tires. The employee that did it was confrontational and said “what?!” “I didn’t do it on purpose!” The manager did not do a great job in explaining to me how it would be repaired. He even stated that this happened to another truck just like mine. I would think a company this big would be more cautious but I guess not. No empathy from any of the employees there. They put a hole in my trailer and denied doing it. Left my with lots of planks from.pallets and plastic. I've been driving for 20 years and this is the worse place I ever delivered r to.
53" trailer 2.5 hours unloading. Appt at 6am, they knock my door at 5:45👍. Trucks can park outside before or at the circle. Nice guys, clean restroom inside. That wasn't that bad.
