Unscheduled visit to check my tire pressure. These guys were were friendy, professional, with great attitude. They went above my request to reassure and give me peace of mind.
I bought tires at the Ventura location recently for my 2008 Toyota Tacoma. Edgar and his staff were great. I made an appointment and was out with my new tires in less than an hour.
American Tires stores truly has the best customer service. This is a forgotten service a lot of franchises need to adapt and install in their staff. This is what brings back loyal customers. They were fantastic and Robert Padilla was the nicest person
I stopped in because my tire pressure light came back on after leaving Toyota. Robert told us to leave it, so we did and called back to see if it was done. It was and tire ended up have 2 screws. I went to pay and he said it was on them and no issues. Now, I was worried about the cost because I was on vacation from GA and I did NOT plan for tire money. Big big relief. Thank you!
