Excellent service
Shopping isn't the most thrilling experience, but when you get outstanding customer service one can not complain. The manager, Robert, at American Tire Stores in Ventura is awesome. He's straight forward, cares abt the customer experience and gives the best deal he possibly can. I had 4 tires replaced, all the tire sensors, and a front end alignment and at the end there was no "sticker shock." The cost came in under what I had estimated. They've earned my business. I highly recommend American Tire Stores.
Robert was so kind and helpful! I needed a headlight fixed and he got me in right away and gave me the best customer service. Thank you Robert 😊
I shoped around but Robert gave me a good price on tires so I decided to go with Americas tire depot, and the tires turned out to have dropped in price by like $30, Robert quoted me 1 week before $30 bucks more with 1 week guarantee on quote, Robert could of charged me the original quote and I wouldn't of known the tires dropped in price cause I understand prices fluctuate, i thank Robert for his honesty at Americas tire depot they got my buisness from now on... they did a good job....
