With all of the incoming rain, we told our daughter to replace (at least her front) tires. They had an offer that if you placed your order for 4 tires online, they gave a $20.00 discount. She made her order online but kept giving her an error message when it came to the discount. No problem...resolve it when she paid, right???! Nope! They not only tried to upsell her, by trying to charge her extra at the end for balancing her new tires...she bought 4 new tires! Who does that!!! This was the absolute best experience. We had a piece of metal pop two tires and damage a rim while we were traveling on I5. They were able to repair the rim and replace the tires for a fair price and were so welcoming to us. The manager, Andy, made us feel welcome and worked to help us fix our vehicle. We are so happy with the service and quality of work at this company. Would recommend to anyone!
UPSELL STAY AWAY! They're not the cheapest more like the most expensive.
