I went in expecting a long wait; however, I was helped in an extremely speedy time frame. Customer service representatives are very nice and helpful in explaining the variety of tires available. Highly recommended!
I would give 0 stars if I could! Wasco ATD charged me close to $700 for motor mount replacements due to motor vibration. Took it in 3 different Saturdays to have them replaced (was told they ordered the wrong parts, then defective products had came in, thus reason for multiple visits). I decided to take it to my dealership and was told the motor mounts were never replaced, original parts were still in vehicle!! Professional service! I was at the shop for wheel alignment and they did a great job! Steve show me that one of tires was reaching the end of life so he give a great price to replace it. Thank you! Steve.
I stopped by because I had a tire going flat. They told me they would fix it and it would be maybe 2 hours. Well it took them about 1/2 hour and they fixed it for free. This is a great store and I highly recommend for any tire needs go to them first. Great group of guys and they take pride in their work.
Had a great experience here I would recommend them. Also I was referred by Costco to go here because they couldn't get my tire size for by the time I needed. So it's good to know that a big chain like Costco will refer you to them. There prices beat Walmart so that's a big plus. Yes I would recommend them.
My goto place. Was having issues replacing 3 spark plugs.(do to a hand injury) While my tires were rotated they completed my spark plug task. No charge.
I usually like to come to this place , but after my experience over the phone it changed my prospective of this American Tire Depot. I called in for some tires and the guy I spoke to name was Freddy hes was being rude. Not only was he rude he also made me feel "Uncomfortable" like I didn't know what I was talking about when I gave him my tire size. He gave me a hard time about about what tire size I gave him.
