I felt very fortunate to have found American Tire Depot since I had discovered my tire was flat. I am glad I was able to find a spot open on Sundays and got serviced in a reasonable time. I was also very pleasantly surprised that the repair was free.

First time and last time customer. Horrible experience. So I graveyard shift so after work I went straight over for the alignment. I should've listened to gut and gone home because when I got there they're blasting music really loud but anyway a few hours go by and drove my truck inside and then onto that alignment machine and couple hours later they come to me and ask if there was a special way to turn it on. Customer Service Review Very disappointing and frustrating customer service experience — especially with “Eric.” I called this location in Montebello about 20 minutes before arriving because I had a nail in my tire and needed to have it patched. I specifically asked whether I could bring my car in without an appointment, and I was clearly told that I could come in that day. They have a great online tire ordering system. I ordered tires online, dropped off my car and it was ready within 2 hours. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

First time there, homie with a beard and glasses helped me. Sorry I didn’t get his name. Polite, knowledgeable, and fast! 4 tires and alignment out of there in under an hour. Thanks fellas.
