Be careful of the business practices at this place. The personnel keep changing so you get get persons with different ethics and integrity. I went in for a spark plug and coil change and got hurried into accepting expensive parts that the guy Eddie was trying to upsell. He charged me $275 per coil $1100 for OE coils, without adding in taxes. Totally unheard of. He did not even give me an estimate sheet, which other car repair shops routinely provide. American tire depot is a FAIL – Purposely cleaned and inspected my rim and tire before taking it in to get it patched up. When they were done I noticed they scratched my rim. After pointing it out to them they said it couldn't have been them and I probably hit a rock coming over to the shop. They know they did it and didn't do anything to fix the problem. I bought two tires from this place about 2 months ago and paid extra for the road hazard $40.00 for ... I bought two tires from this place about 2 months ago and paid extra for the road hazard $40.00 for two tires and a waste of money. I hit a pot hole last week and just noticed a big knott came up on the tire that hit the hole and now the tire shop said they can not honer the warranty. What a rip off and I will never buy another tire there again.
