Horrible customer service from Kevin the store manager. As soon as I got there for my appointment, he asked me why I don’t have a jack at home to do it myself. Very unprofessional and rude.
Can't answer their telephones and when they do put you on hold for twenty plus minutes. This is all the time. Go to America's tires in Indio better customer service.
Excellent selection of tire brands. Very competitive pricing. Website is well designed and a good source to see sales options. Service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. 5 star experience
