Asked for my keys 1/2 hour passed pickup time. They gave me my keys but the manager said service person tried catching me. I’m 75 and 2 bad knees so he didn’t try very hard. Went home and looked at my ties they never changed my tires. Mangers said he’s short handed well they had my phone number.
They never got back to me charged me for a service that wasnt done my brakes are still making noise !! Burbank California location i contacted bbb and they could not get ahold of the company
