I have a commercial vehicle and have purchased 3 sets of tires over the past 3 years from Fred at the Burbank Store. The tires have worked great and the one time I had a Road hazard issue and a tire was destroyed, The tire was replaced for the $25 deductible. Good guys, good customer service.
Incredible Service – Prices is lower and they have fast customer service. The employes are very helpful and knows what I need. I definitely recommend this store.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES FROM THIS SHOP! I went to this tire shop and spent about $900 on my tires 2 months ago, and now I'm encountering some problems. My tires can't seem to hold air pressure so I went back to American Tire Depot in Burbank to get them checked out. I went twice last week and they checked the pressure and put air in.
