Brought my car to be repaired today told them exactly the things my car needs but they did not do them instead did stuffs my car don’t need . The head of the shop was not nice to me call me names.they lie to customers and my experience was not very pleasant with them 06/26/20

RecommendedArrived at 545pm, they close at 6pm; went in because my tire was low, had a small nail. They fixed my tire rotated my tires, out the door in 30 minutes. Great service! Thank you American Tire Depot.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Not a great experience with this company. I spoke with Chad three times on the phone about a set of four tires all three times. We agreed upon a price, all THREE times for FOUR tires, so I scheduled the appointment. Dropped the car off and an hour later received a call from someone else stating that they could not do the deal for the same price as agreed upon. American your depot left the spare tire cover of my RV unattached properly causing the lid to fly off during traffic and strike the car behind it at 65mph. The car behind it was also mine, we were traveling in caravan to camp. The damage was $1600 and they won't pay it. They admit they are at fault (obviously) but they said I have to take them to court.
