American tire depot is a FAIL – Purposely cleaned and inspected my rim and tire before taking it in to get it patched up. When they were done I noticed they scratched my rim. After pointing it out to them they said it couldn't have been them and I probably hit a rock coming over to the shop. They know they did it and didn't do anything to fix the problem. I watched him take the rim off my car and didn't see any scratches on my rim. Worse part is the rims are matte black so now I have a noticeable SILVER scratch on my BLACK r... read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL – they do have good deals and they are very friendly once they get your money they dont see you as a customer anymore, very UN professional, the do not deliver what they warrant this particular location is RATED "F" with the BBB I do NOT recommend this store!
GOOD QUALITY AND FAST SERVICE – I went to American Tire Depot to replace my bald tire, as soon as I entered the shop the manager approached me and show me their different brands of tires, he even help me pick the right tires for my car. In just an hour they installed the tires and balanced my wheels.
Exceptional Customer Servmple – Once I got there, the employees greeted me and very helpful. Prices are lower than othere stores. Service was so fast and I am glad I went to this store. No doubt I will come back here.
