Great place and nice service. We went just prior to the 4th of July and as such they were very busy, but offered us a cold drink and took care of our Suburban as quickly as possible, and with decent pricing.
TOTAL INCOMPETENCE, DO NOT REPAIR YOU CAR HERE!!! – THE WORST REPAIR SHOP EVER! I took my Volvo there for routine maintence, oil change, timing belt, transmission flush. When I got the car back, the serpentine belt broke on the freeway with my newborn in the car! After they changed the transmission fluid, the transmission FAILED! A perfect car, destroyed by American Tire Idiots! Then I took it to the Volvo Dealer in Irvine, and the dealer told me the second serpentine belt was installed incorrectly and that one was going to ... read more
GOOD QUALITY AND FAST SERVICE – I went to American Tire Depot to replace my bald tire, as soon as I entered the shop the manager approached me and show me their different brands of tires, he even help me pick the right tires for my car. In just an hour they installed the tires and balanced my wheels.
Remarkable Customer Service – Employees are courteous and helpful. Prices are lower than other stores. Fast customer service. I am glad went to this store. I recommend this store for those who are looking for tires.
Satisfied Customer – I went there to buy tires, they know what kind of tire I need and they have the lowest cost of tires. Service is fast and the people are accomodating. I recomnmend this store.
Excellent Customer Service – The staff are fast, friendly, and they treat you like family. They are also experts in what they do. I have been part of the tire business before, and I am greatly impressed with their knowledge of tires. You'll never go wrong with American Tire Depot!
Poor customer Service – I brought two cars in for four tires. Prices were decent. I left both cars at 11:00 AM and got a call that they were having trouble opening my BMW trunk. Explained how to open. Got a confirmation call that both cars were done at 2:30. Arrived on my way out of town in a rush to find that tires were never changed on the BMW.
