drove my truck in for mechanic repairs and got it back needing a new engine. and towed to a different shop after siting for almost 7 months worst shop ever! don't recommend at all.

By far the best experience with knowledge and customer service. Bragging on there prices would be redundant. The owner, the managers, especially Martin in Caldwell, are amazing. They hire hard working young men that learn, evolve, and become rockstars in their field. I refer everyone needing rotation, replacement, and maintenance (major and minor). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my opinion

This place is a joke! Avoid at all costs!! This is the second time I have had American Tire change my oil and I was not impressed the first time and now I am extremely frustrated with them. I don’t understand why it is so hard to KEEP OIL OUT OF THE CAB of the car! The first time I took it in I was greeted with a hand print of oil on the sun visor. the guys have always treated me right and gave me a fair price for shop time.
I have bought 3 sets of tires here good price and service. However.... on the mechanic side... took my truck in for a service and a tranny service... no washer fluid, wrong oil filter.. and to top it off grease all over the floor of my tan interior. Called to let them know and no response kind of disappointing as I gave them more credit as a business....
Huge shout out to America Tire and Auto Service for getting our truck tire fixed without replacing the tires. Jason and his team are honest and the best.
