I waited three hours one time for them to wait for the ice to thaw out from my wheel well, surely there's a solution to melt ice, they'll charge you an arm and a leg to treat you like you need to cater to them, welcome to Fairbanks where customer service or lack there of is non existent because where else ya gonna go.
