I went yesterday 5 pm and I wasn’t aware of the last client time. The guy in the front desk. Slim build , tattoos and beard with a man pony tail was extremely rude and told me to go in tomorrow as long as it’s not 5 pm. I went in today spoke to another gentleman who was much more respectful than the man bun man. Told me to come around 8 am to first come first serve and if it’s not busy. Came to the shop at 4 pm and was turned away twice. They said they take the last client at 5pm, it was 4 o’clock! They were rude and unprofessional. They say one thing one day and change what they said the next day. Took my business elsewhere and got taken care of, they were professional and didnt turn away clients at 4pm!
Less than an hour for a tire swap,reasonably priced and No wait. NOTE- I did not have this done during peak season.
Great services. Staff were knowledgeable and super helpful
