In my opinion there is no attention to detail, and god forbid you find something wrong with their work. In my opinion the patch did not even come close to a sample they said they made. Then when I asked them to fix it they became angry and blamed me then demanded payment. The terrazzo patch has stones falling out. Out of a major renovation project with 11 separate subs this is the only one that would not correct their mistakes. This is also the only one that I have a bad opinion of.
