The eyebrow stylist Binita did a great job, I got lots of compliments. She listened to my specific requests, kept it even, and did not rush. I have very sensitive skin but I did not have any issues after. Only took off one star because it was notably more painful than I have had with my former stylist who is no longer here (Januka), but Binita was very patient and let me take breaks to not get overwhelmed by the pain. Update: Changed to 5 stars because I went back and it was a lot more gentle and pain free this time!

Very satisfied with Binita's work! She made my eyebrows angular as I requested while also full and symmetrical between the right and left eyebrows -- It's been tough finding a technician who's able to do all three for me. I've also had painful experiences with getting my upper lip threaded in the past, but Binita was super gentle in removing everything. I'm so grateful I could find another technician I could trust!

The woman who works on Saturdays ruined my eyebrows. I told her I wanted a light clean-up and she removed way too much hair and completed destroyed the shape. She didn't ask me before removing that much hair. Totally unprofessional and sloppy job.
