i came for pick up here more then one time they have done super job 30 minutes to load and done all paper work overnight parking available in yard and washroom available good staff
I’m first time here and my experience was very good. I arrived 10:00 for 13:30 appointments, the lady told me I am a little early but she gave me door right away. They are done loading at noon. Restroom is near the shipping office. Overnight parking also available.
The lady in desk.,she acts like someone who enjoys provoking people and playing mind games. It seems like upsetting others is her idea of entertainment. Just come one our before appointment If it goes delayed to get loading never get back to her if you like your day becoming well just ask your dispatcher what to do and get detention
Even though I showed up 20 minutes before they close the shipping office, the ladies didn't wanna take me. My load supposed to be like 5000 lb and probably 10 pallets or less. They left their work 10 minutes before 3:30 pm. If someone is reading this from HR, better do something. Very rude staff. For any trucker picking up from these guys, if you’re coming after 3pm, you'll be sent to the yard to park for the night.
