I recently got a house in Lynn, but it was way too small especially for my family. I called American Team to add 2 more floors, and they were really kind. They came over to give me the price and it was really good even better than other contractors. Once they started the job they came on time, and they were really responsive and kind. Extremely unreliable. My small bathroom project took months to complete as they just showed up whenever they wanted to. I decided that I wanted new lights and sent a picture of the ones I was getting and ordered them. Luis had someone come and uninstall lights and then tell me the new ones would work. I ended up then ordering new ones and he has promised to come at least four times in the last two weeks and never has. He now says it is not his job to install lights as he completed his contract. This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They originally promised to come for an inspection on 7/2, but instead showed up at my door at 6am on 7/1, calling me repeatedly and pressuring me to make a quick decision. After we agreed on a price, they said they would come back the next day to do the work — but no one showed up.
