Extremely unreliable. My small bathroom project took months to complete as they just showed up whenever they wanted to. I decided that I wanted new lights and sent a picture of the ones I was getting and ordered them. Luis had someone come and uninstall lights and then tell me the new ones would work. I ended up then ordering new ones and he has promised to come at least four times in the last two weeks and never has. He now says it is not his job to install lights as he completed his contract. This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They originally promised to come for an inspection on 7/2, but instead showed up at my door at 6am on 7/1, calling me repeatedly and pressuring me to make a quick decision. After we agreed on a price, they said they would come back the next day to do the work — but no one showed up. I called them many times before finally getting an answer, and they told me they would come on Sunday. Do they not know that making noise on Sunday is not allowed?
