Unacceptable Customer Service Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any business. NEVER use this company. I called an hour early on a snowy morning to request a taxi to a local train station. The operator said that he was sending someone, but when that driver called to confirm my pickup location he told me that he couldn't get me because the weather was too bad and hung up on me.
