I am very disappointed with this company. I received a notice to file form 8692 and submit it to the IRS. That tax preparer failed to this when she filed my taxes. I understand people make mistakes. I believed that matter would be simple to resolve so long I followed instructions I received in the letter from the IRS. I called this company to ask for a date and time so that I could come to the office and have my tax return amended.
