Great news. Justice grindth slow but exceedingly fine. The State of Nevada and the FTC are pressing charges against American Tax Services and their many aliases. To look at the documentation run a google search on "State of Nevada vs. American Tax Service". The court documents are public and you can read them online. This was, frankly, a failure of responsibility and competence. The service promised help but delivered confusion, delay, and a disturbing lack of basic knowledge. From the start, it was clear they did not understand the problem they claimed they could solve. What made this worse was the distance—out-of-state, impersonal, and disconnected.
