Felicia is the best
I was a client for years but last year was my LAST year being one. Months later I still haven’t received my 2020 taxes because my preparer added credits that I didn’t know anything about. I owe thousands of dollars and I asked the owner for help and he said it’s nothing they can do. I don’t recommend and I paid her upfront and she wasn’t willing to help me out as well
They are very great tax prepare and i appreciate them accepting my service
