We’ve done work with this company, terrible at response and customer service doesn’t exist. We are extremely patience people, But when it came down to an error irs found and a resubmission, they stopped answering our calls. Unacceptable.
I would avoid at all costs. My taxes were so screwed up a real pro that I am currently working with could not believe it. Also, I had to call continuously over and over just to make sure that things got in on time - and it came down to the last minute, literally. Zero call backs, zero email replies - all in all, a very painful and ultimately screwed up result.
